Elizabeth

Elizabeth developed a passion for strength training after swimming competitively between ages 4-18. She received her bachelor’s degree in exercise science, nutrition, and minor in Health promotion from Ohio State University in 2017. She has 6+ experience in coaching, personal training, and group fitness instruction and is CF Level 1 certified. When it comes to fitness, she is very scientific: programming and implementing individualized diet/exercise for clients is what she excels at. Elizabeth has competed in swimming, track, bodybuilding, CrossFit, half-marathons, and Olympic weightlifting and loves to try new sports/disciplines and workouts whenever possible.
